Corne Cherry Hotswap Split Ergo 40% Keyboard Kit

This is version 3.1/3.2 modified by 42. Keebs to include a power switch and battery connector for native wireless operation.

Build your very own custom split keyboard from scratch!

• Split 12×3 + 6 (42 keys) 40% ortho/ergo layout
• Supports Cherry MX-compatible switches
• Uses Kailh/Gateron MX hotswap sockets
• Supports in-switch RGB LEDs and RGB underglow (RGB LEDs available as an add-on)
• Optional OLED screens
• Includes a sliding SMD power switch and contacts for a battery on the PCB (no connector needed, battery to be soldered directly to the PCB for simplicity)
  
• V3.2 PCBs support the 5-column (36-key) layout again (by snapping off the 6th column)
  
• Fairly easy to build – based on Pro Micro controllers, but uses SMD diodes
• Tinned lead-free finish, black solder mask

Note: kits with original (unmodified) V3.0.1 PCBs are available at a discount. These don’t include the power switch or battery contacts on the PCB and only support 6-column layout.
